What happens if I need something outside my plan’s scope?
Just ask. If a request falls outside your current plan, we’ll let you know upfront and discuss options — whether that’s a one-time add-on or upgrading your plan.
How do I communicate with my designer?
Everything happens inside the Designer platform — briefs, feedback, approvals, and file downloads. You can also connect via Slack on Pro and Team plans.
Can I pause my subscription if things get quiet?
Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 60 days per year and resume when you’re ready. Unused capacity also rolls over for up to 60 days so a slow month is never wasted.
What if I want to switch service types?
No problem. You can switch plans at the start of any new billing cycle.
